a little about myself...

Thank you for coming to our website.  We hope you enjoy viewing some of the paintings that we have posted.  All the original works are renderings of places and locations within a short distance of where we live...  A beautiful area located in the North Eastern part of Oregon.  The landscape here is very diverse, tall rugged mountains, beautiful valley floors, high deserts, streams and lakes, conifers and aspens...  Suitable for any artist’s palette.  We’re very grateful for the beauty that surrounds us.

My wife, Amy, and I both love the outdoors and all the activities that come with it.  We enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing, and camping.  I’ve worked as a Millwright in the woodworking industry for most of my life until the economy began to change a few years ago.  I’ve also been a musician for most of my life and I play the guitar.  My wife has many hobbies and talents.  She has three vegetable gardens, and likes to do canning.  She is also an archer and bow-hunter, as am I, here in Eastern Oregon.  Amy is an Artist as well.  She enjoys doing charcoals and pastels, making jewelry, knitting and sewing, painting and has even sculpted.

We have four grown children that live throughout the Northwest as well as many grandkids to love.  My wife and I consider ourselves to be ordinary average folks, struggling in these critical times like everyone else.

We feel fortunate in these days, in that we’ve been given a gift if you will; in the form of knowledge, and it’s free for anyone who wants it (Read John 17:3, Revelation 22:17).  Anyone willing to make an effort will benefit greatly from it (Read Proverbs 2:45, Isaiah 48:17-18).  I conduct home Bible studies with individuals throughout our community, to try to help them come to an accurate understanding of God’s purposes and what the Bible really teaches. (Read Philippians 1:9, Colossians 1:9) This Good News, that is being taught on a global scale, is Bible prophesy being fulfilled. (Read Matthew 24:14, 28:18-20)
